I used them last year for my Toyota Tundra broken leaf springs. They were great. I broke the other side I just got off the phone with Jason he told me to bring it in and they will fix it while I wait. AWESOME people. Highly recommended..

Bait and switch. Very poor communication. They proceeded to take my trailer apart without contacting me or offering a quote or estimate. After the trailer was taken taken apart they gave a high estimate. When I declined to have the work done there they refused to give me my trailer back without paying them first.

These guys were great. Quoted me a fair price to replace a broken spring on my Tacoma. Almost $1000 less than the dealership. Completed it quickly and even did a state inspection at no charge. Very impressed, and would do business with them again in a heartbeat.

Questions & Answers

Q. intended for Palmer Spring Service Will you install a customer-supplied step on the driver's side of my 2004 Silverado? I can't quite swing my old leg over the rocker to get in!

Hi William,, I would Google Palmer spring Co web page. It would probably have a lot of information on it and maybe even their telephone number. They might be able to help you better if you called them.

Hi do you fix hydraulic jacks that you use for cars n trucks. It doesn't go up like it should or come down as it should. Thank you

Hi Bonnie, it sounds like the hydraulic fluid is low in your jack. There should be a bolt somewhere around where the handle K'Nex it might have a plastic cap over it. To add the fluid you would have to remove the bolt. You can probably get hydraulic jack fluid at any Auto place like Napa or O'Reilly's, you won't need much. After you full it. If it still don't work right. It's probably a bad aner seal that pushes the hydraulic oil and to the jack as you Jack the handle. I don't know if that could be fixed but it's probably just low on fluid.
