Positive: The location of the hotel was very close to Old Town Scottsdale and a quick drive to wherever you wanted to go! The staff was very friendly from start to end! Negative: The cleanliness could have been better. The room reeked of cologne and marijuana. The counters weren¿t wiped down thoroughly. The couch and chairs were clearly dirty. Next time I¿ll spend the extra money and book with Hilton Hotels.

This hotel is centrally located and has a nice pool area for the kids. They have free breakfast and nice staff. The room is a suite which is nice for a family of 4. It has a microwave and small fridge. The only issue is that there are no plates to heat stuff in the microwave.

Positive: I like the comfort of the rooms. The cleanliness. The location was perfect, until my doctor relocated his office. The staff is helpful and kind. I like how close it is to the Fashion Mall and good food. The staff lets me check in a little early. Negative: At night, semi trucks park in front of the place and that is noisy. My room was great, but overlooked the parking lot. The breakfast buffet was very disappointing. Not well stocked and the food was pretty low grade.

Scottsdale is a great town to visit; it's beautiful, interesting, and well set up for tourists. It is, however, expensive, including this hotel. Room was adequate but had noisy HVAC. Your room may not. Breakfast was edible except the turkey sausage. Front desk staff was great.
