I was extremely disappointed and didn't realize they closed at noon at the location we rented from. We missed the closing by 30 minutes because of the train schedule. There was no assistance in being able to contact anyone for after hours. We had to ride on the train back to Portland and no help there. We were able to rent from another company but I would have thought there would have been some sort of customer service to help since we already had reservations. Would have thought on a Saturday in the summer, they would have closed at least at 4:00. Extremely disappointed

Very good rental car experience. It only took about 5 - 10 minutes to sign the papers for the car I had reserved and I was on my way. An easy return too. Highly recommended!

Staff were polite and helpful with our one-way rental from Portland, Maine to New York City... It wasn't until we arrived at the turnpike that we realized that unlike our previous Enterprise SUV rentals there was NO EZ-pass module in the car. We were able to manage cash payments in Maine and New Hampshire but there are no cash options on critical routes through Massachusetts and other states. We have no alternative to plate-billing systems, and no sense of what additional cost this will eventually bring. We might not have made an issue of reviewing this rental had we not had a previous disappointing experience with Enterprise in Dec 2020, when they rented us an SUV with all four tires unsafe- we learned that when one of the tires running with no tread and exposed steel belt blew out at highway speed. A despite multiple calls.lthough we eventually got the tires replaced and continued our trip, no one from Enterprise ever got back to us despite multiple calls. Disappointing.

Poor customer service and a dirty car, as per usual. The representative didn't even come out and do a walk around. She told me to take pics if it's any problems? Paid additional for an upgrade too. No sooner than I walked to the car and get in to drive away, I see the same representative walk outside and assist someone? These corporations really need to do better!! 👎🏾

Yes you can but it usually will cost you...I live in Biddeford and in our area there are 2 Enterprise facilities but we usually rent from the airport because they have a WAY better selection but the main reason use because they are usually sooooooo much cheaper...I have about returning the car at the Biddeford facility, they said it was fine but it would cost $50
It's actually cheaper to rent now if you are going south because cars are moved south of the country this time of year because they need them there more because the tourists season is over in Maine now and business is slow, but it picks up in the south.
They are open 8AM to 12AM 7 days a week.
