They rarely answer the phone, answer emails, or texts. Even if you try multiple times throughout the day and evening. Every time the ownership changes the worse the service and customer service gets. I'd take having ownership under Keith (the owner 20 years ago) again any day. Oh, and despite those customer service failures prices continue to rise.

I really think the people working here are very knowledgeable and efficient, every time I come in the store and there is a long line or someone is holding up for a long time, the person at back is checking and comes to help promptly. The store is also kept very clean and organized unless they are swamped in which case it's understandable. They deserve a full 5 stars but I'm giving 4 because when I shipped to Amazon ( I most always do) , this time I could not understand why he charged me for the package $6.00, when as always, I had a QR code. Even to this day it just doesn't make sense to me. It doesn't matter anymore this guy is no longer there now but just saying... it just was not right.I continue to come here though because they really are great service.

I went in yesterday right before closing with a bunch of large Amazon returns and the young man at the desk was SO helpful. I had to re-roll the rugs up on the floor, while taking an urgent call from my young son, and the employee was so patient and helpful. I've always had a good experience here, but I was especially thankful for him last night. Thank you!!!

They put a random shipping label on my package and I didn’t realize it until I called Nike and they said they never received my package. This store did nothing to assist me even though it was THEIR mistake. They told me the town my package was sent to (Marlborough, Ma) and nothing else. I do not recommend this place. If you must go here, check your package to make sure they didn’t put someone else’s label on your package. I had $110 in apparel that was supposed to be returned to Nike, gone.
