I love this place. The workers are very friendly and helpful. Prices are good and there is a generous Rewards Program. It is smaller and more personal than the big chain pet stores. My dogs love visiting but they try to avoid the back of the store where the self wash is! I have an annual plan for the self wash so they know.

This store alway makes me feel right at home. I alway get greatest when I walk through the door. I like the staff here. They are great people. I'm always feel like family when I go into this store. They know my dog by name. The store manager is a very nice person, always will to answer any questions I have an, you can tell she's a good hearted person. They are always will to help you figure out what kind of food you want to get your pet..if you want to try something new and un sure on what type , they will take the time and help you masks the best choice of food for your pet...The store is very organized and has a self wash room built in. where you can wash your dog they're and leave the mess behind. Its a beautiful thing to go do with your dog on a nice day. I enjoy this store and I like to use loyal Companion as my pet store because its always a good time...🐕💙Marshall's mom❤🐶🦮🐕‍🦺

Great place! Great price! Great service! Staff are super super friendly and helpful! Literally the only loyal companion store near me that offers full range of ziwi cat food. I get all ziwi food from here with amazing discount most of the time. Yes I only have one cat! And this cat has a pantry! From loyal companion!

I cannot say enough great things about this place! I walked in one day because someone at petco had mentioned them and I honestly had never been in…I now won’t go anywhere else! Gina and along with every other staff member I have encountered is amazing and helpful and so knowledgeable and Kim in nails/grooming is the best!!! You can just tell from stepping in they all love dogs of any breed and it’s so welcoming!!!Roxy loves it here
