It's Macy's what's more to say really. Clean, well organized, quality stuff , a bit pricy but not to say you can't find a sale. It's my goto place for cologne ;)

Macy’s has changed over the years, used get great deals and discounts especially in the Home Department. A little disappointed now, their section is not as stocked as it was even as of two years ago. Staff always very helpful and courteous. There’s room for improvement.

Macy's I rarely shop at or run away from the store happy if I made a purchase. This is a big store with two levels. Escalator available. I visited the Toys-R-Us out of curiosity since I heard on the news that Macy's aquired the Toys-R-Us brand. They didn't have much to look at. Strong smell of purfume near cosmetics 💅. They also sell kitchen ware and furniture. It's a nice looking store.

My last visit was met with a very rude cashier - Mary. That accounts for the score. She was unrepentant. On the past. I liked it more and the service was much better. All it takes is one rotten apple to place me in this position and she did. Otherwise, the rating would be higher. They have a nice collection of clothes and beauty products. The costs vary. The sales are generally good and frequent. But Mary left me anxious and uncomfortable. She should be terminated. Notably Macy's does not respond. I was there yesterday, and it was reasonably busy especially in beauty products customer service. Having criticized before, I have also been treated well by others. I thought I would add some attractive pictures.
