The apartment is clean and all the appliances and utilities work. If I had kids I believe it would be a nice complex to live in because of the dog park, basketball court and swimming pool.

Clean, decent updates, nice looking. Haven't had any major problems, just minor stuff. Neighborhood environment is fine. Pet good place for the price. Staff seems great. Love having covered parking, patio, outdoor storage closet, and laundry room. Wish there was a little more storage but it's not bad.

Management is great and very interactive. They have been making a lot of improvements to common areas. Apartment is a good size for the price. I only wish our kitchen had a window for ventilation. We had one instance where someone stole something from our patio but I don't think it happens often. Most of our windows don't have screens so we can't comfortably have them open, as we're on the first floor. Overall a nice place to live.

I love living here. If anything happens it is fixed in a timely manner. They are always making improvements to the property. It a quiet and friendly place to live. The office and maintenance people are wonderful people to work with. You can't find a better place to live.

Main problem was the management changed several times
Several years I imagine but they have a renovated I myself lived there for 4 years
this apartments are ghetto if you have family and kids this is not the place to be trust me unless you like the smell of marijuana everyday and the place is dark as hell
