Office staff is friendly but horrible. We put in an application over 2 weeks ago. Noone ever follows up, and when you call they must screen the phone cause if they see your number they wont answer. I had to blocky number for the girl to answer and I swear she is clueless, I mean crayons are smarter. I asked if we could view the townhome we were interested in and she says " oh,umm theyre painting it" i said you told me that 2 weeks ago and then she says she has to talk to the manager and of course never calls back. As nice as the townhomes are, the office staff makes it the so terrible. If you dont mind waiting and getting the endless runaround, then its a great place to live. Glad we dodged a potential bullet.

Our move in experience hasn't been as seamless as we had hoped. The office staff is very nice and I can tell they are doing their best to get us taken care of. But we have several things that are broken (namely garage door and washing machine) and these have yet to be fixed. The town home is very nice and the community as a whole is very well maintained. Hopefully all of our things will get fixed---just wish they were in working order upon move in.

Grounds are clean. Some trees for shade to the left of the inside entrance. Other than that trees are spaced out over the property. I did like that there was a since of shading between some buildings.The gated pool area is small to medium in size. Green grass is great. But not enough grabage bins to conatin the overflow of trash. I guess there will always be people who don't want to walk the extra two feet to Put The Trash In The Can. **Call them for rental information. *They are close to shopping plazas and not to far from the freeway.

Nobody every answers the phone. Front desk associates just is there basically to get a paycheck. There turn around time to tell You if you are approved or not is a waste of time. I had to call back multiple times after applying a week in advance.
