Absolutely amazing service!!! I had a nail in my tire. I called on 9AM on a Saturday morning without an appointment, showed up at 10AM, vehicle was done at 11AM.$26 to fix. I recommend everyone to go there! I would give 10 stars if I could!

Frankly, they do not even deserve 1 star for they way we have been treated. The integrity and Customer Service here has gone so far down hill we simply can not tolerate it anymore. Unfortunately, in my experiences with managing our fleet over the past year, they are incredibly disrespectful, and inconsiderate of our time! Someone used to have to sit there, and wait 3-4 hours, just for an oil change and tires rotated. No one has that kind of time, so we started dropping them off instead of waiting. Numerous times we have scheduled an appointment, a week in advance, and dropped our vehicles off first thing in the am, so they have plenty of time to order parts, and get them done by the end of our business day. Which is 4pm, and this is not new information to them!! Unfortunately, they have a habit of taking advantage of us, and don't bother to even touch our cars until late in the afternoon, or even the next day, so they can take walk ins, over our scheduled appointments!! That is so rude! The last time it took two days to get a simple oil change, and they did not even bother to rotate the tires, they charged us for anyhow. Today, was the last straw. I called to verify the time to pick up, since it was nearing the end of the day, but Kevin said, "he just pulled it in the shop to start looking at it". Excuse me?! What is the point of scheduling an appointment, a week in advance, and dropping it off first thing in the am, if you don't even touch the car until 3 pm?! Especially, knowing you have to order parts, and our office staff leaves between 3:30-4pm. No one should have to wait around until 7 pm for a vehicle that was dropped off 10-12 hours earlier, simply because you didn't honor our appointment time!! You took everyone else's cars before our scheduled appointment, again, which certainly proves you do not respect us in any way! Therefore, since you clearly demonstrated again, do not appreciate our business, we will be happy to take our entire fleet, as well as, all of our personal vehicles elsewhere! Hope you are happy with your choices because it just cost you over 50 vehicles we will NEVER bring there again, because of how inconsiderate and disrespectful you are.

Wanted alignment done on my 84 impala and they wouldn't even do it. Asked for a fluid flush and refused also. Said the "techs" didn't wanna touch it. But he said they will work on brand new cars. Doesn't make sense because it's much easier to work on than a brand new car. It's ok I just went to meineke instead since they don't want money.
