We lived here for almost 2 years while working in the Pittsburgh area. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and affordable. The office staff was extremely helpful and willing to assist in any situation. We only needed maintenance once and that was a seemless experience. We would highly recommend Eden Square to anyone looking to rent in the Cranberry area!

Impressed with response time to inquiries about the property down to the tour of the property. Red flags started when the weekend we were to move in (January 23, 2021) and no one called to inform us the office would be closed. We found out when we called to see about getting the key earlier as we would be in VA Friday returning Saturday we wanted to leave room for any delay on our end and us meeting leasing office hours and us picking up our key. If we had not called we would have had a truck full of belongings from VA along with family and friends helping us move and no place to move into til Monday and our family gone back home. Moved in and the washer has messed up three items and left our clothes stuck in the spin cycle twice. We were told to put towels in the bottom of the washer as if that will help, clothes are to move around when being properly washed. So we are told a new washer would replace the old one when it comes in, that has yet come to pass. Dishwasher backs up with stale water from the garbage disposal and we are told to run the dishwasher weekly. The tub got clogged and to keep from hearing one more ridiculous excuse we just bought Drano. Parking is a joke and can’t leave out trash being picked up at 10pm on Sundays. Gonna be a long year.

Living at Eden Square has been a great experience. Jess and her staff really care about their tenants and will go out of their way to make living here wonderful. They are very responsive to any kind of maintenance requests and Dean is very earnest and diligent. He wants to make things right. I have a dog and it is very dog friendly here. I also feel very safe here and it is very quiet. I can't say enough about how good the staff is. I love living here.

We live here for over a year. We just renewed our lease and also leased a garage for storage. We couldn't be happier that finally new management took over and the property is looking great. We are quiet, keep to ourselves and mind our own business and this is why we love it here. The new staff is really great and the residents living here are really pleasant. It's quiet and private. It feels like we live in a hotel! The property is close to my work place and also nearby lots of shopping. We really enjoy living here. We love that cable and internet is also included in the rent. They don"t have hidden fees here. The office staff is honest and a pleasure to deal with.
