I cannot say enough wonderful things about Trek, and especially a particular employee, Jen. I went in on a whim to buy indoor cycling shoes. I didn't realize that shoes can be a tricky purchase. I had a lot of trouble finding just the right shoe. Unfortunately, I was only finding out if they worked for me after taking a class. The 30 return policy was much appreciated - I was able to try multiple pairs and find the perfect fit. Jen was incredible - she special ordered multiple pairs in various sizes for me to try and held them all for me as I tried each of them. After a few attempts, I found the perfect pair in the perfect size. Indoor spinning class has been much more enjoyable and comfortable with the clip-in shoes!

Jen at Cranberry Trek is fabulous- She is considerate - professional - listens to your concerns - accommodating tempered with a sense of humor!! We had visited multiple Trek dealers and Cranberry employees were more concerning and problem solving! Tim is an excellent Trek mechanic - personable also professional and easy to relate to - Meeting and solving all of our needs - So as to have a comfortable and safe ride!!! Hats Off to Cranberry Trek!!!!!
