As a women its hard to go into a business with all men. I waited 1/2 hour to get my tanks filled and there were only a few customers in the store. 3 men behind counter just stood there I get the feeling women customers are not there priority.

Yes, Harris does fill tanks. There is a minimum charge for under 5 gallons, and anything over is by the gallon. Price changes depending on the season.
