Came in today. Dude who usually runs it was in a chair behind the counter.... ASLEEP!!! Phone blasting. 1230PM In the afternoon. I said hey whats up bro, as I'm always in there. No response. I then left the store he had no idea. I could've took everything. I went to ALT SMOKE in Eastgate, where they are awake at 1230pm and want to do business. Same experience as the first time I came here. W what the actual !@#$%

Helix is a pretty cool vape store. I actually had an interesting experience here. One day I walked in to buy a new Wick and the employee on duty seems like he was under a little bit of distress probably because it was really hot and the AC was out. Also I'm giving this review now but this was months ago. I was in the other day and the AC was still not working. Anyways the employee seems like he was under distress because he was his finger had been crushed in one of the lounge chairs that they have for people to sit in. He had it wrapped in a paper towel and was afraid to look at it. So I told him to let me take a look and I did and his fingernail was barely hanging on there was blood all over the towel and I could tell he was in some real pain. So I walked out, went to Subway which is right next door got him a bag of ice for the damaged probably broken and bloody finger. Then I left I went home and got some gauze tape and Band-Aids oh, also some ibuprofen. Then I took all of that back up to Helix for the employee and I administered first aid to him I wrapped it and cleaned it and made sure that he was okay. The employee was very grateful and kept thanking me, and I just told him that if I was in the same situation I would want someone else to do the same for me.

Helix vapor is a great place they honor the 14-day policy that their store gives they are not a Wholesale Distributor they are a retailer and if it breaks and you bring it in and if they cannot fix it they will replace it I have shopped at Helix since I started vaping and they have been nothing but kind and helpful to me and hundreds of other people. If you are a moron and plug your your geekvape up to a fast charger then that is your problem.
