Best buy sold me a microwave that gets built in to the cabinetry. I got a great name brand mic rowave at a great price. It took 10 minutes in the store as I was waited on right away. I also got the install package thru the Geek Squad. I recommend Best Buy over Menards, Lowe's and home Depot.

Verizon refused to help me with tech support even though I am a customer. They sent me to Best Buy and the guys at the cell phone desk were AMAZING and took care of me. Todd and Devin are the best!!!! Today Jeff came to our home to connect an outdoor TV and help us dump some cable boxes. He was on time, knowledgeable, friendly and very informative. Ask for him, you won't be disappointed!

I had mixed experiences here while shopping for a TV and sound bar. The first individual didn’t appear to know anything about TVs and offered no help discussing tech and best TV for our watching conditions. The second individual was awesome and was able to answer all questions and get into the small details. Delivery appointment time is a joke. After getting 3 calls to confirm delivery between noon and 6pm, changing my work schedule to meet them, they showed up at 8am. Thank goodness someone was home. When I called at 8am Eastern to ask why delivery was changed, ask why my sound bar (scheduled to be delivered the day before) hasn’t shipped, corporate customer support isn’t open to talk to a person. Online only says a shipping label was made and the delivery has been delayed.

Went in to upgrade a Verizon phone and add another line. The guys that helped me were great, very informative and explained things well. I had exactly an hour but there was a hang up so I had to leave and come back. They gave me a discount on accessories and a $25 gift card for my troubles and I appreciated that. Overall very happy.

Through the Best buy website and it'll ask for your location and whether or not you're willing to travel
Check website it is updated frequently for each store. www.bestbuy.com
I dont think so
It's easier just to buy online from their website or App and do curbside pickup for simple items like that. Also they sell Best Buy gift cards in stores like Kroger. Appts are more for people buying big ticket items like Appliances, TVs that want hands-on to compare features, etc
I am not a Best Buy employee. How would I know?
If this one doesn't the one at Eastgate does.
I didn't need a receipt when I went in the store to ask for price matching with Costco. No problem for me.
