I am being told to run in circles myself to evry different department, trying to get an illegal trash dump cleaned up in hyannis behind the hyannis west elementary.

We have killer seal now? Lol well the sharks would def have to start eating people like you then if they have no other food....as in seals. We've over fished the oceans is why there are no fish. Nature has a balance, we do not. We've done enough to throw nature out of balance....there won't be any eventually. We are in the midst of one of the largest mass extinctions in the history of time.👍🏼

Sorry, I don't know. I work in the water quality laboratory. I don't think the health departments keep track of discarded food but call your local town health department if this is a concern for you.
