Beware when you call the phones connect to both Statesville and Mooresville, so you never know which town you're scheduling an appointment with because they won't tell you. Also they run out of stuff all the time! Making an appointment for a test done doesn't mean they'll actually have the stuff when you get there.

Don't go here for a Dentist if you have a job. I had several appointments with the dentist here and they were fine. But I was called into work the day of my appointment and I tried to reschedule my appointment and they would not allow me to do it. This does not make any sense to me. If I can't make my appointment and I would like to reschedule why wouldn't you allow me to do that? I can see if certain people make a habit of it. But I was there on time every time. Now I have to start all over again with a NEW DENTIST. And I need to get my wisdom teeth pulled out they are killing me! And that's another thing I kept telling them my wisdom teeth hurt me. They kept doing other thing and ignoring the fact that I'm telling them please do all that you can on this appointment because I REALLY need a referral to have my wisdom teeth pulled. They kept saying we need a clean environment for your wisdoms to be pulled. They deep cleaned my teeth then they reschedule my appointment for 3 weeks later just so they could measure my gums. I asked them when were they going to fill in my cavities so I can get my wisdom teeth pulled they told me the following week. Meanwhile I'm in pain from my wisdom teeth. All I needed was my teeth cleaned cavities filled it's not like I had teeth falling out my mouth or missing I'm a heathy 38 y.o.women that needed a deep cleaning and my cavities filled. I am so upset by this because I'm tired of taking Motrin and brushing my teeth after every time I eat. Because I'm afraid of BEING IN PAIN. But yet it never fails I walk in the office and they are constantly telling me to refer other people to their office. I won't because you've shown me that you don't want any patients if you don't plow them to reschedule cause they miss one appointment. And another thing why is Mooresville Health department closed on Fridays? And why don't Mooresville have a Dental clinic? There are elderly people and people with out transportation that need access to the health department and can't get up there cause they don't have transportation. some people just simply don't want to go that far to go to see a Doctor or a Dentist. Iredell County needs to get it together. Mooresville is not that tiny town it use to be and you all need to provide better services to this community.
