Wish I could give them 10 Stars - GREAT SERVICE!!!! They rebuilt some DeWalt 18volt Packs for me with REAL BATTERIES! Thanks guys, I'll send you anyone I can. Avoid any "New" Inferior packs you see on Amazon, they are all junk, these guys know what they are doing and they build you the pack you want not what they want to sell you. Thanks again
