This is my third attempt to give this store a chance and sadly I will not be able to come back. I unfortunately have had to leave this location multiple times without being able to purchase any of the items I have come there to buy. Each time that I’ve come in to this Best Buy I’ve needed help with opening a new phone line, among other things, and each time I’m left standing there because there is absolutely no staff available. Anytime I try to ask around for help all I’m told is that all mobile employees are unavailable. There usually is one boy doing his best it seems like, but he’s always so swamped with other customers I never get an opportunity to receive any help. This makes me incredibly sad because I have been to this location and had received good service before, but now they seemingly do not care about their mobile customers or employees for that matter.

Could not find what I needed. On my way out someone from another department asked me if I was able to find what I needed. Told them I could not. They determined the item was in stock. Walked with me and personally went through the shelves and found what I needed tucked away behind other items. Wow!

Store pickup orders go well here. They're honest with you as to why they don't have something you ordered. They'll gladly check another store in the area for your item.

Ive been shopping at best buy for many years and never had a problem UNTIL i ordered an appliance set for my kitchen. Refrigerator microwave and dishwasher got delivered months apart and still waiting on our stove purchased on Jan. 19th. We have had 6 different delivery dates scheduled and know one showed up with our stove and now the next delivery date is june 25!.... I will never order from best buy again .

I believe you can use the trade-up policy, if you don't have your receipt and you paid with a card, they can look it up
Microsoft does not repair Surface laptops. It would be a junk out and replacement if it is under warranty.
I know they can look up by credit card as long as within 14 days of purchase

I would call your local best buy
Try using the mobile app, waiting til the next day to try again, check your VPN. The mobile app is how I made my appointment and I got my appointment 2 1/2 hours from the time I made it. It possibly may be a daily time slot system that could fill and empty daily, also make sure if you have a VPN that it isn't messing with your location signal. Also, you can drive up there and talk to someone at the door and explain your situation, saw a woman do that when I went and they were able to set her up an appointment on the spot

Absolutely can be done
The wireless earbuds I bought (Panisonic) act like hearing aids if you are not playing music or taking a call thru it. Also has noise cancellation. I'm sure there's other types that can help what your trying to find there.
They have a variety of universal remotes. I didn't see any results for Emerson specifically.

I don't think Best Buy will do anything to fix a physically damaged product. You can call the store and speak to the Geek Squad department took confirm, but I would contact the Beats headphone manufacturer.
I would call auto store for recommendations. If Best Buy sells them they will give u recommendations.
