They are but not cheapest around. Look into other repair 0laces service just as good unless you have geek squad warranty

According to Geek Squad Best Buy is a certified repair facility. I always buy the Best Buy extended warranty when I bought phones and other products such as TVs and big appliances, all of which are Samsung. I'm a big fan of all 3. Best Buy, Samsung and extended warranties. On the rare occasion I've had as break fe wd n ot a Samsung product bought through Best Buy, 99% of the time they just hand you a new item or a 100% credit for the purchase price if that item is no longer carried. Fast, easy, I've never had to wait for a repair. Great policies and great service.
