Khalil and Tyler were amazing. My old phone had over 9,000 pictures on it. Most being trips with my late husband and myself. I was so worried about losing them. They were so compassionate and understanding. Logan from geek squad also helped. Amaxing experience. All pictures transferred safe and sound. Great job guys

My husband and I went to Best Buy after having horrible customer service at Verizon . I am having trouble with my cell phone Verizon was NO HELP ! But Johnathan from Best Buy gave us the BEST customer service we have had in a long time. He was very helpful and polite he guided us in the right direction in what to do to fix my phone and he also had the Geek Squad checkout my phone. The young man ( I believe is a supervisor) that helped us in Geek squad was also very helpful and polite. Thank you both for having such great customer service. It was greatly appreciated.

No complaints at all, good customer service, great selection. Bought a new TV. Love my TV. I saw it on the website. Was glad to see they had it in stock. Paid $194 for a nice TV for my guest room. You can't beat that.

Amy, this service likely isn't monitored by Best buy. Instead, it's Google contributors. I do not believe that they do it at the store but they can send it out for retrieval.
Best thing is take it to geek squad inside best buy. If they can't help you nobody can.

I would try calling Fitbit support. Basic trouble shooting have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app? That can fix the connection issues sometimes
