I think you should be ok with a receipt as long as you have not altered or downloaded anything to the firestick.

If you have a receipt then no problem if no receipt then in-house credit

15 days for standard customers, if you are a part of the elite program it's 30 days.

I would think that with the receipt and no tampering,they should take it back
