You have to the receipt at least.
If you don't have the receipt or the Best Buy rewards to look up the receipt, you might as well throw it away because Best Buy will assume you didn't buy it from them and turn you away. 🤬
There should be other ways to track the sale and purchase of the warranty. A phone call to the store or trip in what certainly answer the question.
They can probably look it up with your phone number or credit card you paid with
