Growing up going to Covington country club was always a joy. It was a relatively difficult public course that was always well maintained. Today 9/17/22 my father and I played a round there for the first time in some years. The course was a shell of its former self. The fairways are not melts if you hit the ball a yard off the fairways good luck finding your ballad the grass is knee high and thick. The greens have several dead spots and sand or mud on them. The price point is a joke the course is more expensive than going to several nicer courses in the area. Do yourself a favor and don’t visit if your looking to have a enjoyable round!

Unfortunately, this poor golf course is in rough shape. Every green has issues making putting impossible. It's one of the few courses that I have played where you can lose a ball in the fairway. The rough is rough...2-3 feet high. The staff in the proshop seem complacent and they are not particular friendly nor welcoming. The web page states that a membership is $200.00 a month, but when I asked about the membership, I was told it was $300.00 a month. I mentioned that's not what I read and the proshop said they don't keep up with the web page. (this is before I played the course. I would not consider joining for either amount.) They are increasing their playing rates for a poorly maintained course.

Amazing upgrades and services. Great bar service at the pool. The lifeguards are great at the pool and super attentive to the kids. It's not crowded and has a great family atmosphere.

Questions & Answers

The golf course is so bad there was a boomer that the has a witch nose and was being so disrespectful and also telling lies. I do not recommend going there he should be fired. The greens are awful, and I almost thought I was putting in a sand trap.

As I remember it was $40, I think it's a very fair price. Great track. I was in the area on business for a week and I played EVERY day. Greens are quick and tricky no matter where pin placement. All in all well worth the money.... BUCKEYE FAN 🇺🇸
