We had such a good time at Escapeology. The staff was very nice and helpful as we went through the experience. It was challenging, fun, and had all of us thinking to the very end. My daughter had been wanting to visit for awhile so we are glad we did. We will definitely be back!

We went in to do a room last Saturday and they didn't reset it properly and it really took away from our experience. We have done a lot of Escape rooms before so when something isn't reset properly and one of the clues was left unlocked it really took a lot away from it for us. There was no challenge we got out with almost 20 minutes to spare and the staff thought it was funny that they left one of the clues unlocked. The staff was nice but completely unprofessional. Once they found out that they didn't reset the room properly they should have offered to make it up to us. We spent good money to do this room and they need to realize that it is not cheap and we should have at least gotten our money's worth. We will not return to this location and I do not recommend it.

If your time runs out you lose and the game is over. There are no extensions. You do not need to bring anything with you.
No Reservations are necessary, but on weekends, we highly recommend it as many games book up on those days.
The cost to play one of our games is $30 regardless of age. The exception is children 6 years and younger are able to play free with a paying customer. There are various specials that happen regularly and we suggest you visit out Facebook page (Escapology Escape Room Covington) for the latest specials. I hope this information answers your questions.

We offer an area of our large themed lobby for use to bring in food/drinks for birthday celebrations. We also have private missions, but not a special private room for a party. One of the packages we offer is a private venue buyout experience if you are looking for a completely private party. Our plans are to replace it with an exciting new virtual reality multi-player escape experience. The mission is called "Escape The Lost Pyramid" by Ubisoft.

We strongly recommend that you do not exceed 8 people in thei room as it may take away from the game a little bit because there's only so many puzzles in each room. We have had groups as much as 10 in one room but that does make it easier to escape. I hope this helps

It is an escape room. You choose the scenario and you are put in a room. You have to find and figure out clues in order to find your way out within 60 min.
