The jobs they give you dont require English. But knowing basic English would help to learn the training processes that might be needed. It's not customer service jobs so they don't mind I don't think. Good luck!
Spherion offers light industrial and clerical work. They are excellent placement professionals and have always had me working in no time!
I think it depends on what positions are available. It was maybe 7-10 days for me, online application, resume, interview and drug test, then interview with Spherion client. I was fortunate got hired immediately. Jeannie at Spherion is great. Good luck!
