One of the worst doctors I ever worked with. Has no real consideration for even new patients, even when I addressed some things with her. Very rude and unprofessional.

When I first met Dr. Rackoff, I thought I would finally have someone who could diagnose my chronic issue. But I was wrong. Yes, she will judge you if you are not vaccinated. She will even admit to judging you. She also will not believe you when you say you’re experiencing debilitating pain. She is dismissive. Everything everyone has said is true.

Dr. Rackoff cared more about berating me for NOT be vaccinated than looking at the infected joint on my left hand. When I said I’m here for my rheumatoid arthritis she said ‘We’ll get to that.’ She was dismissive and rude. I left without being examined, travel to NYC at my expense for nothing. I shouldn’t be harassed at a Doctor’s appointment over my choice whether or not be vaccinated.
