Ben and Ray changed out a couple ceiling fans, the bathroom light fixture, and security lights outside the house. They got here at the beginning of my time window (which I love!), and the were total pros with the work. I had to order another piece for the next ceiling fan, and Ray put the old one back on so well, it was almost worth keeping. No joke- he got the broken one to work! I use Epic for everything electrical!

Ben and his crew did a fantastic job on a complete rewiring of our 1912 house. We are now up to modern code and quality. They were always on time when they said they would be, explained what their day's tasks and plans were and cleaned up at the end of the day. They asksed for my thoughts on some installations and always kept me up to date on their progress. It's such a pleasure to have the convenience and quality of all their work. I would wholeheartedly recommend Epic Electric to anyone for any job.

A representative from Epic Electric came to my home and did a walk through with me to see all work I was planning to do. Vlad was very thorough and explained everything as we went along on what needs to be addressed. He did say they weren’t the least expensive company in town, so I was prepared for a higher quote, but didn’t expect it in $35k range for adding 3 circuits and moving some wires around. I understand they do quality work, but I would shop around if you have a budget and some time.

Sent an email to epic stating that my heating unit had stopped working and within 15 minutes I received a call and they dispatched a technician who arrived less than an hour later. The techs, Amanda and trainee (sorry forgot the name!), were promt, professional, polite and helpful. They managed to find the part I needed and installed it. The whole situation only took a few hours and I had my heat back on. They also were ready to loan me a space heater if they couldnt fix the furnace in time. All in all it was a quick and stress free experience. I greatly appreciate the professionalism and effectiveness they showed. Thanks for keeping me warm, everyone on the epic team!
