This is the only Apartments I have ever lived in that feels so safe. The area is quiet, neighbors are all respectful. Management has been very nice to work with. I mean life happens and so I just signed another year lease, so this is my third year here. I highly recommend this complex for NS living in Spokane.

"Meh" could be better could be worse. At least your not at the cedar springs !!!! 🤣 Resident for 4 years Let me add context for the price it's a decent place to live I've been here a while. For a five star I would have to pay 5 star prices which would never do for an apartment. Will add that if you plan to move within the complex you still pay a fee as if your new to the complex kind of greedy if you ask me.

Please don’t rent here. It seems like a nice place but they will charge you so much money when your lease is up. They also take a $600 non refundable security deposit but then charge you hundreds of dollars more after you move out for petty things. Plus, there is a LOT of crime here. I came home from work to find an entire swat team with dogs (no joke) bust through our neighbors door looking for someone. When I called the front office about it, they had no idea anything was happening. I’ve never had such a terrible experience as I did at Prairie Hills.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I was a tenant for over a year, when I gave birth I had complications and could not take care of myself and my baby so I had to move to where family was. I called to let them know, and I cleaned the apartment and left it nice, but wa unable to do the through with them. They took advantage of this and claimed there were “damages” to all the blinds when they were fine, not even dented. I made sure it was nice and clean and not damaged before I left. I moved out on the 4th of September and paid full months rent, and they did not move someone in before October so they are charging me for this months as well even after a termination fee of almost 2 grand that I cannot find anywhere in the lease contract. Only a “early move out” fee of $800. , while I’m dealing with a baby with health issues. It’s NOT worth it, the hidden fees at the end are ridicules and WILL charge you for things not actually damaged. They over charge, and claim damages that did not occur. HONESTLY DO NOT MOVE HERE! Save yourself the awful trouble! I thought I liked living there, but I was very wrong when I realized how they treat tenants. Be smart and find somewhere better!!!! Also, they charged me for missing access key card. I will only ever received keys and a garage door opener I was never given an access key card I’ve always had to go through the front door to get into anything and they charged me $75 for it when I never even received it in the first place. When I called Graystar to question it the woman was very very upset with me to the point of sending me to tears. They are fake friendly until you question charges then they are very mean especially to vulnerable people. WATCH OUT!!
