The apartments are nice and spacious but the downfall is having to walk through the halls and use the two filthy elevators to get there. It’s a pet friendly community but they refuse to maintain it as if pets live there. Not cleaning the fur off common areas, not cleaning accidents from untrained pets, not cleaning the pet area outside either. The carpets in a pet friendly apartment where a two bedroom is $1750 per month and a studio is running $1450 should be cleaned more than one time every 6months

My wife and I moved in to a studio at Cooper George right after we got married. We moved here from out of state and the process to move in was INCREDIBLY simple and easy. Taylor Moore did an excellent job. We were able to fill out all our paperwork online a couple of months before our move in date which took a lot of stress off of us as we had a ton of stuff to do (wedding, honeymoon, job search) before the move. Once we arrived, Taylor had everything ready for us as soon as we stepped into the building (fob, parking pass, and apartment keys). We made our way up to the apartment to find a nice welcome "package" with our names on it. This was comforting as we are relatively young and newly married. The community here is also rather comforting. There are plenty of college students, doctors, nurses and military members. Location is great. Just a 5 minute walk to downtown and in the summer there is always lime scooters waiting outside. However, it is located in the hospital district so there is the occasional siren or helicopter but nothing to complain about.

I have been living at Cooper George since May of 2018 and I love it here! It’s modern and clean with a friendly and helpful staff. Brooke and Ashley are super sweet and always smiling. They know me and my dog by name and greet us whenever we see them. The rooftop is amazing and the garage keeps my car safe and protected. There is security and it’s a locked building so I feel safe living here as a single woman. The maintenance guy (can’t think of his name at the moment) is super fast to reply to any issues. All I have needed help with was a slow drain in the kitchen and he fixed it right away. When it got really hot this summer they provided me with a second air conditioner. I have reserved the conference room for a meeting and it was great with WiFi access. It’s a social place with residents hanging out in common areas. Perfect sized gym that is kept cool. Great view of the city. Very pet friendly which is important to me. Free coffee and tea every day. Amazon hub. I just can’t say enough about how great this place is!

We have had the greatest experience living at Cooper George! When we arrived to tour the building the leasing staff invited our two large dogs along for the tour and we were sold! After living in a house the past 3 years we were hesitant to move into an apartment but even with two big dogs it has been an easy transition. The units are all newly updated and pet friendly. Our dogs love their bird's eye view of the city and love getting to visit the leasing ladies for treats. ;-) Even when Bill and the maintenance staff has had to enter our unit they have been so great about working around the dogs (they love Bill!). The apartment has an indoor dog washing station (fully stocked with shampoos, clippers and brushes) and a well-lit pet area so that even if you work long hours like I do you can feel safe taking your pet out. Other amenities: indoor bike storage, available storage areas, lounge/game rooms, study/conference rooms, a gym with free weights and cable machines as well as cardio and an incredible rooftop lounge. On top of it all the staff here has been incredible. They're friendly, efficient and professional. They know us (and the dogs) by name and have helped make our transition to apartment living an easy one!
