I’ve lived at Crosspointe Apartment for over 7 years. Out of those 7+ years I’ve seen managers come and go. The manager always had an assistant manager, never one without the other. A lot of times the managers butted heads. There were tension in the office.I said all that to say this. Crosspointe has the most amazing manager NOW. Jen is truly an angle sent from GOD. She’s so understanding, polite, and patient. She has such a humble good spirit about herself. Jen has managed theses and other apartments by herself as if it’s no problem and yet remains such a beautiful person inside and out. I realize after living under Jen management. Management is NOT for everyone. Because not anybody can do what she does and still remains such a good, humble, polite, and keep it professional on all levels type person. All I can say is your one in a million and I really appreciate having you as our manager. Thank you for being a breath of fresh air. Don’t ever change who you are. Expect a cheap and somewhat cozy apartment. If something breaks or has an issue you can either fix it yourself or give it a month. Some managers are okay/good and others don’t manage, it seems to change every year or two. Don’t trust the laundromat as the washers are very small and don’t get fixed. Only half the washers have worked consistently for the last 3 months. On the bright side the community is friendly and the aesthetics are better than other “this is all I can afford” apartments.

Went through a couple bad managers in the 4 years I have lived here but now things are great. Angelica actually cares when you have an issue and is enforcing rules that used to be ignored. Last winter she came and shovelled the entryways and in front of the garbage cans on her days off, and when my bathroom was flooding on a weekend day, she personally came and checked on the situation within 15 minutes of contacting the emergency line. She goes above and beyond, shes the best we've had!

I have lived at Crosspointe for 1 year now and I love it here. I have never had problems with noise or the management. The managers name is Gabrielle and she is really nice, I like her a lot. Gabrielle is an on top of it type gal and she is super efficient. They have maintenance people that come and fix whatever. I have never had a problem with getting anything fixed, my dishwasher broke and they came and put in a new one. My sink was clogged and they came and fixed that also. The complex is well taken care of and clean, and the tenants are friendly. I feel like when someone is mad because they have noisy tenants, that its a little ridiculous because you live in an apartment.
