The care I received today was excellent! My nurse Carol went above and beyond. When you are being tested for heart concerns it can stressful ,she made me relaxed and kept me very informed. Though my medical procedure wasn't successful, I am appreciative of the high level of professionalism at the Heart Institute. My Doctor is a man I would trust with my life. I am also amazed at the nature of the complaints by some patients that I read on here. I think that some of the patient(s) often act like they're the only people in the facility and everyone should be at their beck and call. Arrogance comes in all forms. If you act like an a--, most places and people will treat you like one.
