Do not use this clinic!!! Especially Dr. David Pash!! My husband has been in severe back pain for 2 months. When he talked to doc about the possibility of needing a surgery, the doc agreed that he would hold off on any orders until after we knew. When we finally found out that surgery was needed, they informed us that it couldn’t be scheduled because of the orders that Dr Pash put in. So now we’re trying to jump through all these hoops just to get him scheduled for surgery. One of those orders was a stress test. Dr. ordered a stress test but he ordered the wrong one, so now we have to get him to order the right one. That took another day. Then we found out that when he ordered the right one he tagged it as “routine” which just means that it can take up to 15 days for insurance to process it. Cardiology office said it needs to be tagged as urgent. Once again, his office might call us back by the end of the day but it’s taken 2 days sometimes and it’s never the doc that we talk to. It’s his assistant and she doesn’t have the authority to actually do anything helpful. We have already been to the ER twice and the last time they prescribed morphine for the pain. He is scheduled to get a epidural steroid shot but if that doesn’t help, I’m sure we’ll end up right back in the ER just to get something to manage the pain. I feel the doctors here just don’t have the hands on, real life, experience to even put in correct orders. They’re straight out of college with just their degrees and book smarts. This experience has left us regretting the decision to even get a regular physician.

I had a wonderful experience here.The receptionist was warm and welcoming. The nurse was friendly, quick, and new exactly what she was doing. My doctor was competent, organized, and had a great bedside manner. The check out receptionist was very helpful and friendly as well. So relieved when I left, the over all care felt wonderful!

They gave us the wrong appointment time over the phone, causing us to waste an hour of our time. The doctor being supervised then screwed up the referral for my elderly mother's CAT scan. More than a day passed after multiple calls from Inland Imaging and myself asking that the screw-up be corrected with no response. And their clinic manager "Nate" refused to allow me to speak with his supervisor, remarking that he didn't want to waste his supervisor's time. He and his staff said the doctor "have other patients to take care of" and couldn't be bothered to promptly correct her mistake. He also refused to put my call through to the doctor's supervising physician. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to my worst enemy.

This is the first office I have been to where I not only left impressed each visit, I felt heard and valued. I have seen Dr. Caroline Catalano and as an emergency visit saw Dr. Timothy Hayes. Both providers have me their undivided attention and also had the next steps and plan of care ready to go. It’s very hard to find providers now a days that provide the level of care I received.
