I absolutely love this place. I love how they took such wonderful care of my son since he was born and continue to do so. The love the doctors, nurses and staff have shown my son is phenomenal. I love and adore this place greatly.

First timer here for Fracture Clinic-- Main lobby runs like a well oiled machine. Health Screener has everything memorized with great attention to detail and gets you through to the gentleman at Security who snaps a quick picture and scans your ID card (love how secure the entrance is) then you fill out some paperwork and zip it on over to the woman at the desk in the lobby. She got us upstairs so quick for a walk in and the nursing staff (all staff included) were amazing treated my grandchild with great care and compassion. Whole process was very quick and easy. Everyone made us feel so welcome the moment we walked in the door and were greeted by the men downstairs to the moment we left and registration gals personally wished my grandchild well as we departed. Thank you everyone and stay blessed!

A really great please currently staying here because on a spine surgery I had and the staff is extremely nice the check on me making sure I'm ok a lot but I don't care about that it feels nice to be checked on I really love it here and the staff is patient and is respectful towards me and I bet others to they'll let me call the nurses ( with reason ) alot of the time and you can get alot of food in one sitting depending on the diet your supposed to be on ( tho late at night I think its to late to get food but you'll be sleeping anyways )

We were here for a scheduled appointment for my son. Upon arriving security officer Michael had a stand in a different area to go over covid symptoms. After that we stood next to security area waiting to be seen by him. Upon approaching him he was very rude I asked why does it feel so weird in here. He continued to tell me he needed my ID as I was looking for it I found it and then he continued to register us. He was just extremely rude. Should not be at a front desk!!!!!

Questions & Answers

Have any of the Shriners hospitals closed? I read about the possibility from 2013.

Hi Laura. Our hospital in Spokane has remained unchanged but some other facilities altered their models to fit the needs of their communities. Thank you.

Can you put your Spanish commercial on the Spanish channel. This is America and the language is English. Thank you

No they're all inclusive and everyone is welcome and by putting the commercials on all network there is a better chance to reach people who need the help. To better understand the commercials you can turn your closed captioning on and it will be in English for the 60 seconds or so the commercial is on. Have a great one

My son had a spill and he affected the pieces he can't walk and I would like See if they can help you I have already been calling but they don't call me back.

7:30am to 9:00am Monday - Friday but it's for confirmed fractures only, so you just need a recent x-ray showing the fracture.

How can my great granddaughter get seen at Shriners? She has a bone issue Andis almost 6 months old

Nancy Camara | Aug 21, 2018
Denise Osborn | Aug 21, 2018

Her pediatrician should be able to give you the paperwork for a referral. You can also call Shriners directly and they will help you with what steps to take. Good luck. She will be in great hands!
