This has to be the easiest truck buying experience that I have every had. They were easy going, no pressure, quick in and out, we test drove a couple trucks and then we left with an awesome new truck, F-150 Ford Tremor!!

My husband and I had an incredibly great experience. We worked with Curly and he was thorough and very professional. As you know car sales aren’t always the quickest but Curly had such a great sense of humor. We weren’t able to take the car home right away due to already having 2 vehicles so we told Curly we’d be back at 10:00 am the next morning. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot Curly saw us through the window and had the car being pulled around before we even walked inside. I would definitely recommend going to see Curly if your looking for a great salesman. Also, we worked with Joe Ruedy the finance manager and he was terrific.

I’ve been coming here for about a decade, this time I ended up having a frustrating initial experience. However, it was resolved by what I can say is the key reason I’ve stuck with Mike White’s service department, regardless of the convenience or inconvenience it would take to get my vehicle to a service location that executes at a high level on all cylinders. The primary thing I love here is, they always are trying to deliver an extraordinary service experience and when they don’t they seem to tackle it with a vengeance. The level of ownership, accountability, and priority applied when the initial intended extraordinary experiences missed its mark shows to me that they mean business and we as customers are getting genuine high quality work performed on our vehicles. My old service advisor Christen transferred over the course of these repairs and passed the torch on seamlessly to Adam who also conveyed a very “on top of it” and “we’ll get it done” mentality with my vehicle. I also have a complicated work/life schedule that had me interact with more than just the standard service department members and the entire dealership had worked together as one to ensure all my questions and accommodation could be met to ensure I wouldn’t be without my means of transportation. Overall, I feel like it’s an exemplary example of how a dealership should operate after the sale.

Great experience from Terra the receptionist to the service and my salesperson Sean Jonz! He is a champ! Thanks for the amazing new wheels!

Hi John! We do have a Lightning available for test drives! Please call to schedule a drive because we have a lot of people coming in to drive it. We do not currently have a Maverick available for test drives.
Should go off once pressure is good.
Hello! I just spoke with one of our service writers. They recommend bringing the vehicle in for an inspection (which is $69.95). The reason that he recommends an inspection is that the fix could be as simple as a linkage adjustment but it also could be a sign of a larger issue that we want to avoid. If you would like to set up an appointment for an inspection or just speak directly with a service writer, please call us at (208) 664 - 9211. Thanks!
They are an awesome dealership I would highly recommend you call and speak to a salesperson
I believe it was Lake City Ford before it was Tom Addis then became Tom Addis Lake City Ford.
I would go to Gus Johnson in the valley... I went to the cda site twice... Had to take my car there multiple times because they apparently guess what is wrong until they fix the right thing. Full story on Google maps if interested.
