Outstanding manager Phillip. He was perfectly knowledgable, polite, and definately resolved my questions and wonderings.

Worst company ever. My daughter's medical supplies are late every month for the past year. Last month, they were 15 days late. They claimed they didn't have an order even though I had been on the phone with them about getting additional documentation for pre-authorization. They got the documentation and the pre-authorization (didn't call to let me know) and must have decided we didn't need the supplies any more. This month, I called to confirm the order TWICE because I knew I didn't have any backup supplies for certain items. They were supposed to ship on the 9th to arrive on the 10th. I called the after hours number yesterday on the 11th, and he said he would call me today to confirm they would get supplies to us TODAY and didn't bother calling. When I called back, his only answer was, "Well, the office is closed so you are out of luck. Call them tomorrow." This company needs to be shut down. ETA: I spoke to Philip on Monday, June 13th, three days after my daughter's supplies were due. He told me that he was paying to overnight her supplies but couldn't guarantee we'd receive them the next day because of how Covid has impacted shipping companies. Most of her supplies arrived two days later via UPS Ground (not overnight as promised) and the most crucial supply was shipped June 16th via UPS Ground (again not overnight) and arrived June 21, eleven days late. I ended up having to drive 50 miles to pick up supplies from her pediatric urologist because she cannot go without them even for a one day without risk of serious medical harm. Totally negligent company that lies to get you off the phone instead of doing what they are paid to do.

Scott Waters is truly the best! He's friendly and informative. He always answers any questions I have. And he's an outstanding person, just like everyone at Norco. Thank you all for being an awesome team! Mike Huling

I have been a customer of Norco for about 13 years. I depend on them for my oxygen supplies. The ONE problem I have is with their billing procedures. The bill is impossible to understand, and payments received are never shown on the balance statement. Because the balance changes with every month, in order to make sure I pay what I owe I have to call the billing department, ask what my balance is, what that balance covers and was the last payment received, and when. I ask for an email with this information but I never get one. They hold onto the payments I make for weeks. The phones aren’t answered 50% of the time. And they can’t get away with the COVID 19 excuse because all of this has been occurring for years. I’ve called the main office and voiced my wishes, they mollycoddle me and then ignore my concerns. I found out there is another oxygen supplier where I live and I prefer to keep Norco but if it comes right down to it I will leave. I’ll call again this week for my Norco account information but this may be the last time. And next time it will be 2 stars!
