My husband went in for some help finding pony beads. He showed the associate the beads on his wrist, and she directed him to the wrong aisles and wrong side of the store completely. He called me stating they didn’t have it, and I just had to laugh. Surely PONY BEADS of all things aren’t out of stock because of the pandemic. I checked online and sure enough was able to direct him to the correct aisles. The website sucks though so it was pretty agitating to figure out. I don’t know how you can work here and not know where everything is after looking at the shelves for a good solid couple of months at least. It’s Michaels, it’s not like it rotates every few months like other retail stores.

Worst customer service and it was from a so called manager, Ana. She got my curbside order wrong so I had to go onto the store and correct her mistake. When I asked to get a $2 discount on the corrected item she stated rudely she couldnt do that. So I cancelled my complete order due to how rude she was, like I got the order wrong. I have called corporate and filed a complaint, but we all know where that will go. Wow give a customer a small discount for incovience or loss a whole order. Some people need to pick a better field that matches their personality. Will never return.
