Room was great and very clean. Housekeeping and the Bell boys with Valet rocked it and so friendly. But the front desk, as sweet as they all were, messed up my charges and has put me in the negative on my bank card by over $300 and now overdraft fees. I was explained that this would all come off that it was pending but really they messed up charging me twice for some kind deposit of 50 to make sure my card goes thru and then incidentals of $85.27 and to top it off those all got charged again so 187.00 twice over the three days there! 😡 I was told they never have any insides with Bank fees because it’s pending transaction but guess what, now I have late fee charges from their screw up on top of it all. I am not made of money and was comp. The room from a dear friend and none of this nonsense should have happened. They all need more training and learn the facts about who their charging, getting correct information, double checking their work and taking care of the Guest when it first happens so they don’t do the exact same thing twice! Overall, beautiful resort and lots to do in the area with friendly staff. Just have then reinstate your charges and deposit fee!!!

Although I'm not a fan of Idaho this resort has a great location and view of the lake. The rooms are nice and fairly up to date. But narrow, it was awkward coming and going from the rooms. I really loved to porch and the sunk in living room area. Cleanliness I would give a 3 out of five as I would find gunk in corners. Great distance from bars and restaurants. Overall we had a great time.

I had a great experience with the staff. Did amazing for willingness to adapt and overcome. I didn't like how one of the internal vendors failed to see issue with something happening with a group of people from out of state and sided with them when presented with the facts. They made my stay worth it for the most part. Bed squeaked and anytime I moved it would make noise at the smallest of movement. It would be a 5 star otherwise. Great views and great place to stay overall.

Beautiful resort! I find the amenities very useful, the pool is a good size for many guests. The architecture is pleasing to the eye as well as being very unique. The Starbucks inside the resort is a nice addition. If you wish to see lovely decorations as well, visit in the winter time and the scenery/lights are quite nice! They put lots of work into them. I went to the dockside for my birthday dinner the previous year and would certainly go back! If you stay here, the hiking is wonderful as well as the natural sites.

They have several different packages you can book from spa to golf, but a basic room reservation does not include the spa.
I have seen 4 kids and 2 adults in a double bedded room I am sure your fine
Just call the resort number and ask for reservations. The people at the resort are extremely nice and helpful
Self parking is $19 a day and valet I believe is 24 or $28 a day. You are allowed to come and go as often as you wish either way.
As Bonnie said, we will be having a buffet on Thanksgiving given the COVID-19 Propaganda doesn't heat back up for a third time.
Sorry, I've know idea. I'd just call and make reservation
Social Security retirement benefits are not taxed at the state level in Idaho.

You can drive up 95 to Neider for Natural Grocers which has a large selection. No whole foods in Spokane either, but Huckleberry's is THE natural market.
Contact the Great Coeur d'Alene Resort directly for great room packages.
Go for the one at Dockside, like Vikki said. Awesome food. Great view of the lake!
