You can drive up 95 to Neider for Natural Grocers which has a large selection. No whole foods in Spokane either, but Huckleberry's is THE natural market.
Pilgrim's Market is similar to Whole Foods and is walkable from downtown, albeit a long walk.
Coeur d'Alene is an upscale community, but downtown has no grocery stores and no Whole Foods in the city.
This is a resort downtown so no grocery stores like that.
