The staff here is genuine and helpful. Steven is the man that assisted my mother in law and I in looking for a vehicle that would suit her. We had been to many dealerships and this one, by far, has been the best. Steven truly listened to our concerns, thoughts, and questions about all of the available vehicles they had. He really had went above and beyond to help us. Not just with showing us the vehicles, but also breaking down the financing aspect and offering different solutions to my mother in laws needs and questions. We both felt that he truly cared about finding the right vehicle and truly listened to us. I recommend this place to anybody as they truly seem to care about their business and about helping people find the best option for them.

Parker Toyota is HANDS DOWN the best dealership in North Idaho, if not the broader region. We visited PT to consider purchasing a new vehicle. Upon driving into the dealership and walking around, we were greeted with nothing but kindness and helpfulness. It was obvious from the get-go that our Sales Specialist (Josh) was not concerned with making a sale. No - he worked his butt off to find us the vehicle that fit our needs. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about ALL THE THINGS and answered my questions with ease. Also, the purchase process was seamless and surprisingly efficient! We figured we would be there for hours with paperwork, but the finance team at PT has it drilled down to a science. Even after we bought the car and drove off the lot, everyone has been insanely helpful. From helping me with my new technology to fixing a muffler “hang” we didn’t notice until after we drove it off the lot. And yes - they fixed the muffle hang, for free, AFTER we drove off the lot. You won’t find customer service like this anywhere else! I wholeheartedly recommend folks purchase their next vehicle from PT. We purchased a Certified Used with comes with some exceptional benefits and warranties that give us peace of mind. And given what we’ve experienced thus far, we have no concerns that the folks at PT will continue to treat us right.

After looking for a new set of wheels over six months, I finally found a new Highlander that would soon be in transit and wasn’t already pre-sold. Doug was incredibly patient, searched for dealer trades and followed up with me since February 2021. Jeff also stepped in for Doug when I stopped by the dealer to look at some inventory and showed me vehicles in person and followed up as well.
