My check engine light came on, so I had Autozone do a diagnostic test. They then referred me to AAMCO Transmission & Total Car Care...415 N 3rd st. Coeur d'alene 83814. I walked in and was greeted immediately by a gentleman named Brian. I showed Brian my printout of the Check engine test results. He explained in detail when, what, & how they would proceed with trying to find the problem/ problems. The next day Brian called to inform me of their 1st step, to service my car. Brian recommended to do an oil change, then see how the engine performed. The following day, Brian called me to notify me that unfortunately there was more damage to the engine and I should have the engine work performed at a Automotive service he would recommend. At this point, I'd like to express my gratitude & appreciation to Brian and his team. They were xtra professional, extremely friendly, and the customer service was far above expectations. I would and will take my auto service needs to Brian from now on. Thanks, Brian.

Excellent experience and service! They completed some brake work in an efficient and affordable manner. While they were on the job, they located a chronic problem that no one else has been able to fix - repaired it and only charged for the additional parts. Overall, I was very happy with the care received. Update 9/4/18: I've had two more opportunities to have my truck serviced at the Coeur d Alene AAMCO and they continue to provide excellence above and beyond. I am so impressed with the quality of both the technicians and the customer service. The store manager, Brian, is an absolute pleasure to work with. Keep up the great work!
