My standards and expectations of casual dining restaurants is rather casual (not too high), largely based on experience, price point, clientele, menu, etc. While we did arrive minutes after opening on a Sunday morning (as that's what our schedule warranted) we were disappointed that we were discouraged from sitting at the bartop (not that we were looking to drink at 11am, we just like to sit at the bartop). As we were escorted to our table I was disappointed to see all the dirty tables and dirty floors. Food was as expected. Mozzarella sticks were not gooey, they were rather solid. Steak was over cooked. Our server never checked on us to ask how the food was and never refilled our drinks despite offering and stating that he would. Service was slow, especially for 11am, and considering that we were the only table (of 2) when we entered and 1 of 4 tables when we left.. Bottom line, even for Applebee's it was not a good experience. Will not return.

AVOID, DO NOT PATRONIZE. Chaotic, long wait for seating, manager blames on shift changes and worker shortages and no one cares, including the manager. No one knows who is waiting, how many in that party, no one is seating people at tables that get vacated. You’re better off going to another restaurant. Even a fast food restaurant treats you better than this.

Where do I begin!! Arrived at 10:05pm…saw our waiter around 10:25pm to order soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. Got soft drinks 10 minutes after and ordered food. Got watered down ice to the rim alcohol drinks at 11:05p but one order was wrong. It took forever to make that. 11:25pm we got half of the food. (No Utensils) We we’re told that they had to be washed. 11:40 the other half of the food comes out. We finally get utensils. The pre wrapped ones….I guess they had to rinse those off. Idk. Food was cold by then. Salmon was over cooked, mashed potatoes was a tablespoon full, salad had no dressed. I asked for ranch, it never came. I wanted the cold food remade but the waiter made it very clear that the kitchen was closed. We asked 3 waiters for napkins, it never came. I’m not sure if our waiter was just plain rude or overwhelmed. But she yelled at 2 tables and they both left. The entire 2 hours we were there you could hear her in every part of the restaurant, yelling. $100 for watery drinks, cold food, utensils late, no napkins, yelling waiter. I will never set foot in that place again. I should’ve waited the 20 minutes for Friday’s a few blocks down. Their drinks are always good, food is always hot. I definitely wouldn’t have had to wait so long for food let alone a napkin. The picture is only half of the food with no utensils or napkins. A waste.
