Don't waste your time coming here. No stock of anything. No knowledge of anything. "Machines" are always down. You call in and get told one thing and it's a do story when you arrive to the store. Trust me it's worth the drive going to another location. Not ti mention the condescending attitude by the female employee working towards me and her co-workers.

These companies wonder why brick and mortar stores are closing? Because customer service sucks! I walked into this location no one said anything to me....cool! Got my game went to the register. I then watched one employee have a 10 minute conversation with a customer while the other walked by me three times scanning and putting away games. No one tried to upsell me on my game purchase which I was looking to do. I could've just purchased from Amazon! I really hate they closed the Addison Plaza location...I wish I could find where the location those employees went to.

Ivan & Nicholas helped me out on Sunday with a purchase that was refunded back. I appreciate it...it was a misunderstanding with the procedure on refund return. If it says chip failed on receipt the money will be refunded not instant it will take place 3-5 business days.

I come here for all my video game needs. The staff is awesome and extremely helpful. They always help me on tough decisions about what to get and what not to get. I always have great conversations with the staff and i feel very comfortable talking with them
