Zero stars if possible. Recently applied for an apartment and the manager is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of, manager is incompetent and could care less about future tenants. Called multiple times/emailed and the staff always says manager will call/email you back but that NEVER happens. Almost felt as though I was being purposely ignored. Very very disappointed in the service received as a FUTURE tenant. GO ELSEWHERE FUTURE TENANTS if you want to be treated with courtesy and efficiency. I can only imagine what residents go through when they need managerial services.

Maintenance request was closed despite the issue not being fixed. We got a notification that Our Service Request is Completed at 1346 and at the time of this submission (1702), there’s no change to in house temperature. If anything, it’s increased. This is the third week in very high temperatures and no AC working. When technicians are sent, they don’t do what there’re supposed to do, but close the service request ticket. We asked one of the maintenance people if we could have a portable AC, they said they will make sure we get one. Well we never got one. Some people are really nice in the Apartment’s Manage, not just everyone. This situation would have been tackled, by making sure everything is good to go before closing out the ticket.

The worst apartment complex I ever lived in. I stayed here for 2 years. The buildings are old and you can hear everything the neighbors are doing. I was alarmed every morning at 5am by my upstairs neighbor. They would not fix the floors and told me that’s just how it is. Their were two people in the office that were really helpful. Other than that I got items stolen out of my apartment twice! They let me break my lease and then over charged me on my move out statement! THE WORDT APARTMENT COMPLEX!
