The guy at check-in was friendly and the room was clean. Everything else was horrible. There was about 20 strange stains on the hallway carpet leading to the room. The hallway and elevator stank of old pot. On the main floor there were a bunch of kids running in and out of the pool zone with soaking wet bathing suits. That same family was having a giant loud party on the main floor. The pool zone was filthy, the hot tub cold with nonfunctional jets. I almost passed out from the smell in the gym room. I have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express's, I would not recommend staying here to anyone who asked.

What a pleasant surprise I had upon arriving at the Holiday Inn Express. I was greeted by a professional, and accommodating staff that made me feel welcome upon check in. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and my room too. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the hot and cold items that were offered on their buffet. This was not my first stay, nor will it be my last, as I stay at this Hotel for Washington Football Events and Games at FedEx Field, as it is only 1 1/2 miles from the Stadium. Thanks again to the Staff for a great experience. I will be back.

Was greeted at desk by a gentleman in a plain white t shirt and jeans, not professional, and some guests making a complaint. Found the pool and hot tub was closed by a handwritten note at front desk. We specifically booked this hotel for those amenities. Our room on the first floor was in no way a soundproof room, highway traffic and other guests noise, caused a sleepless night. However the room was clean and the breakfast selections were nice.

We enjoyed staying there, as well. They offer a shuttle to take you to the Metro train, restaurants, and shopping. We found the staff kind and professional. The only issue was the indoor pool had bugs floating in it; it just wasn't getting the attention it needed.
This motel has a free shuttle that will take you to various locations, including the Metro. We used it while we were there in April, and the drivers were extremely accommodating.
