I loved this place when it was the Camden. Since changing to Haven, they've been going through what I'll refer to as "growing pains." However, the level of customer service and care that Camden offers is definitely missing

Since the recent switch over to Haven it has been terrible . Here I am day 5 with no hot water and no heat. After calling several times and visits nothing has been done ! Camden would never have done this. This is unsanitary and unprofessional. During the transition there has been no communication of emergency maintenance contacts, introductory of staff, nor how to make payments . As a 3 year resident here I have never experienced this with the prior company. We can metamorphic ally smell the increase of rent approaching yet a decrease in professionalism.

My roommate said it best when she said the best things about this community are its people! I loved my time at Largo. I felt like the office staff were kind and helpful, especially Johanna Hamilton. I could tell that they cared about me and my home. And the maintenance team was responsive and knowledgeable. It felt like a real family and I'll be back for visits for sure!

I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with Crystal Jones. She is professional, patient, and friendly. In short, she was always on my side working to make my search for the right apartment as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Ms. Jones was that she was always more focused on answering my questions, and giving me good, honest advice, than she was in scoring a new tenant. She listened to my needs and worked very hard at finding an apartment suited for me. She is a true professional, and a genuinely nice person who I now consider a friend.
