This should be ZERO stars!The fees are ridiculous and the branch customer service representatives are rude! There is never a manager available nor due they return phone calls! If they're your only choose I advise you to travel the extra miles for a different banking institution!

They have allowed money to be from my account and blamed me because someone posed as an employee via applications I don't use (cash app and western union)!!! Take your money out of this bank!!!! I wouldn't recommend using this bank!

0 stars !! They are scammers !! They did a hard inquiry on my credit report for a mortgage which I never applied for and kept pushing me back to other people. One person told me she was getting me a supervisor then transferred me to a completely different company !! Called back and asked for a supervisor/manager and Anna told me she was one but wouldn’t provide her last name, an id or anything. Saying she’s the only Anna there yet they want me to verify who I am using my ssn and birthday for a mortgage application that I never applied for !!! I’m filing a complaint with the BBB as well!! This is a federal credit union ! I don’t understand how they can be so incompetent and unhelpful.

Yea there customer service has went down compared to when I first opened my account. I would suggest keep calling.
I received a email from the credit union stating drive thru only will be open as of yesterday.
