Pretty sure I had bricked my brand new mother board, but reliable computer systems was able to not only fix the issue within an hour, but they went above and beyond and reconfigured a number of things I had misconfigured setting up my first custom build. I had called around to other places and a few others had said not to bother to bring it in as I would need to replace the mother board too. Pricing was very reasonable, I expected to pay at least 4x the amount. Can't recommend enough, very professional, friendly and fast service. Had my issue resolved and back in my hands within 2hours.

I walked into Scott”s computer repair shop like a deer in headlights. I was deeply compromised and hacked on every device; most devices were rendered useless or dead Initially, I, was literally put out of business. Also, I was being DDOSed on my routers (at multiple locations) by brute force attacks - the result was I had practically no bandwidth. The hired hackers could still see every keystroke and continue their acts of terror. It was super scary and I was desperate. Scott stepped up and helped me in so many ways, but most impressively, without initially charging me at all. I felt immediately like he could help stop the madness and so he did. He cloned compromised devices hard drives then remap it to MacBooks. In fact, he charged me nothing for ($300 per laptop and I was able to purchase 2 of them). I wasn’t even into Macs but because of their built in security. It was a must to be able stop malicious cookies, malware, etc that would open the doors to further hacking and MacBooks were most successful. Now, I just love MacBooks! Scott went behind his router and security and somehow mitigated his own risk by reconfiguring devices. He would install the VPNs, firewalls, third party apps. He also did all updates to all my devices and would ensure a a clean factory reset. Until Reliable Computer Systems, I could not get a device from being compromised, then rendered useless or even dead. Of course the police and forensics got involved with over 15 deeply compromised devices, but to no avail. Somehow, Scott was even able to recover lost and deleted data that was invaluable. The malicious actors got to erase and rewrite data over my most prized laptop hard drives. Already I had to deal with all online and offline backups were destroyed. The hired cyber criminal’s job was to put me permanently out of business and to destroy all data for their client. This way, I could not sue the real entity behind the grizzly attacks. This miracle should of been impossible but not for Scott. Scott is a computer repair and security savant. Scott really enjoys what he does and it comes glaring through. Plus, he offers bargain basement prices in exchange for his goodwill, skill sets, talent, expertise, and bona fide results. I learned so much and mostly healed from the trauma - in large part from Scott’s ability to stop the chaos. Forever grateful. I will leverage his abilities to help with any computer issues on every device, for good.

(my laptop needed a new main board, and is out of stock everywhere) Sine mine was no longer working, while I await the part, I purchased a great used computer from here! I will certainly go back!
