I moved here when it opened and I had no issues, it was expensive, but super nice. When I tried to move out they said I needed to notify them 3 months in advance. When that was not on the contract. After tons of arguing and telling them I was moving to a different country and cancelling my credit card. They finally let me end my contract. It seemed like a ploy to get me to stay. Then about a week later my credit card information was stolen. I received a call from a worker there that told me one of their cleaners stole my information. Luckily I was able to block my card prior to any large purchases. All the reviews a few years later seemed to get worse. Wow. luckily I got out before the massive issues hit. Please live somewhere else.

Been here a little over a month. Everything has been really good so far. Resident events have been a good addition to the building as well as the security coverage. They have been on point. Under this new management they have been doing a really good job. Alex did my maintenance this week and he’s the sweetest. I honestly have no complaints so far.

Alex completed my inspection today. He did an awesome job and provided great service with kindness and patience. I put in a repair ticket for 3 items during the inspection and he corrected them right away. Alex is such a pleasure to have in this capacity. Thanks Alex!

DONT MOVE HERE!!! Building is dirty, falling apart and full of non working ppl i.e. hallways reek of marijuana, through out the day! Cars are stolen or broken in too. The management is the poorest to say the least. The resident manager doesn’t like dealing with residents, waves them off, doesn’t answer emails, the accounting is the poorest... in conjunction with management, hold tenant events doing the daytime when tenants are at work and who all pay well over 2k monthly like what a mess!!!!!!! Oh shall I mention if you having a plumbing emergency etc you have to wait days to get fixed if it’s a holiday or weekend???? No worries they have security who go to tenants homes versus working, summer time prepare for club night every night outside, oh and the pool it’s hookah, stripper central! Don’t take your children! They can save their lame generic response because enough is enough! I will be complaining on every forum I can!!!!! and I had several meaning over five residents prepared to do the same! Stay away!!!!
