Yesterday a guy didn't understand what I was trying to do with my phone he wasn't able to move anything over I came today and the young man with blond hair was able to move over all my contacts best customer service!

My phone was shattered beyond repair so I needed a quick replacement before work and surprisingly perfect for me it wasn't busy and every single employee contributed to getting me out of there in less that 15 mins with a brand new phone a screen protector and case already installed without breaking my pockets ! And they even told me about the FREE Tmobil tuesdays app which I've decided to keep myself and ill be back for that 45 dollar tablet soon!!

Amazing place, warm friendly environment walked in right before they closed and they were STILL willing to ask questions to find me the best phone for my money ! I will not visit this store ever again. Common theme I st in other reviews. 2 girls. Also my problem, uninterested in getting off their own phones to help me with mine. Although I have witnessed if you are a hot guy or gal you get 100% service. These girls need other employment.
