My daughter and I ate here on Sunday that would be 6/5/22 and both fell ill with food poisoning IDK what their policy is for handwashing or safe food protocols but it would be really nice if a health inspector would come and inspect this place. I find it hard to believe that we were the only people that got sick from eating at this place, as it was very busy during lunch. We will never ever eat the at this place again. At least they were nice enough to refund the cost of our lunch.

Can't tell if there's some sort of meat rind in my sandwich or long stringy plastic from the meat packaging maybe? I've never had it happen getting subs here before but it made me lose my appetite. It's a shame given how pricey the food is, I don't get firehouse very often and I don't think I'll be going back to this location.

We went to Firehouse sub for a birthday sub. The person that helped us was over-the-top friendly. Very knowledgeable about the menu as well as the history of the franchise. My sandwich was very tasty as was the other sandwich. I would highly recommend this location and will be returning.

Pretty darn good subs! I eat here a couple of times a month and usually get the Italian or the Steak & Cheese! The only reason for 4 stars is the making of the sandwiches is a little slow., but worth the wait for great tasting subs.

Half of the eating area has been reserved for dine-in, there are signs on the tables to flip when done eating to inform employees that it's ready to be cleaned and tables are all 6ft apart from each other (roughly 12 guests can eat-in). Dine-in area is closed off to anyone not dining in. The other half of the eating area is a waiting area for take-out customers. There are plastic dividers between food prepers and customers all except a small area of access to receive your food. Apart from employees and guest wearing masks and hand sanitizer stations, this establishment is doing a very good job at taking precautions to ensure customer health and safety.
